Encompass Health Corporation has identified a need for inpatient rehabilitation beds in the unincorporated western Lake Worth, Florida market.  Encompass’ initial construction phase anticipates a single-story structure to accommodate 50 private rooms – up to 80 at build out. The facility will benefit local residents who need assistance recovering from a stroke, neurological condition, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, complex orthopedic condition, or other debilitating and/or life-altering conditions.

Encompass Health Corporation will bring upwards of 100 full-time high wage positions including but not limited to therapists, pharmacists, case managers, nurses, dietary specialists, aides, housekeeping, administrative and management.
